- Orders cannot be stopped, changed, or cancelled for any reason.
2. Refund Policy
Since all our services are provided in digital form:
- No refund will be issued for any service, digital product, ebook, notes, or course.
- After a successful payment, refunds, replacements, or returns are not applicable.
3. Wrong Purchase / Duplicate Payment
If due to any mistake:
- You make a duplicate payment for the same product, or
- Payment is deducted twice due to a technical/server issue,
then you can contact us immediately. After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
4. Technical Issues
If you face issues like:
- Ebook/notes not downloading
- Course access not working
- Page not opening
our team will assist you and resolve the issue. However, such situations are not eligible for a refund. We provide complete technical support to fix the problem.
